Financial Aid Application

1.  Applicants must complete this financial aid form and submit it by March 1, 2022.

2.  Applicants must complete the financial aid assessment application online at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3SPDW. There is a $30.00 fee, which must be paid to FACTS before your application will be processed. Once FACTS has received all requested information and a report from FACTS is received by the school, a determination will be made about the amount, if any, of financial assistance that can be provided.

3. Any offer of financial assistance will be valid for a 10 day acceptance period after which the offer will become void.  Financial assistance is based on calculated financial need and completing this form or process does not guarantee receipt of funding.

4. ICCS families must be current with all financial obligations before applying for assistance.

5. Payments: Families who are recipients of financial assistance must remain current with all financial

obligations to the school.
