Immaculate Conception Catholic School is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS/AdvancED).
Immaculate Conception Catholic School met the standards for accreditation from the Florida Catholic Conference in 1996, 2006, and 2015.

The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools accreditation was gained for all schools in the Savannah Diocese in 2011 and again in 2016.
